Account coordinator
AURA GROUPE is looking to hire a full-time, talented and creative, Account Coordinator, with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media outlets. The individual hired for this position will need strong copywriting, critical thinking, and creative skills in order to integrate into our vibrant and passionate team.
This is a full-time position in Miami, Florida that needs to be filled immediately.
Daily engagement across assigned social media accounts
Copywriting for social including campaigns, tag-lines, posting calendars, memes, etc.
Organization of spreadsheets and folders
Production duties (styling assistance, content creation assistance)
Creating captivating content calendars
Creating engaging Instagram Stories for various clients
Client Relations on an ongoing basis
Creating mood boards, photo inspiration folders, etc.
Assist in photoshoot management
Attend client events for social media coverage
Maintain, organize, and archive the digital library of assets
Share information and expertise about digital and social media marketing
trends
Be an expert in pop culture and social media trends
Inspire and build with other creatives on the team
Be aware and always hit client deadlines
Staying on top of social media trends and news to make sure that clients are always staying current and relevant
Create Instagram Reels and TikToks for clients
Use Instagram best practices and always adjust strategies to ensure the account is growing
Experience Requirements:
Must have strong and versatile copywriting skills for various media
Experience working in an ad agency or in-house marketing department
Be an expert in all social media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat
English proficiency excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
Knowledge of social media reporting tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and Hootsuite preferred
Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or related field preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Creative tools: Photoshop, InDesign preferred
Mac proficiency preferred
