OPERATIONS MANAGER

 

AURA GROUPE is looking for an operations manager to add to our growing team. The manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiencies, keeping systems and processes running smoothly, and monthly reporting. The ideal candidate will have agency experience overseeing operations, team management, developing and implementing systems and workflows. This individual will act as the go-between the Account Executives and Agency Partners.

Job Description:

  • Oversee creative social media and digital strategies while managing account executives, account coordinators, and creative teams to ideate and execute multi-brand agency accounts, creative content photoshoots, productions as well as mining new agency opportunities.

  • Conduct weekly job status meetings and monthly meetings to wrap monthly expenses per client and reconcile budget. 

  • Direct teams in the execution of client deliverables through proactive leadership

  • Day-to-day client contact and management of select senior / high-level agency accounts ensuring operational and client-agency relationship excellence on all accounts managed

  • Management responsibilities include reviewing SOWs, assisting with proposals, crafting projections, and overseeing billing for brands managed

  • Participates in key client and team meetings:

  1. Status meetings

  2. Brand/Project briefings

  3. Agency day meetings

  4. Agency client meetings

  5. Presentations of Aura Groupe work 

  6. New business and potential client pitches

  • Work alongside Partners to craft and maintain agency best practices and procedures

  • Assist Partners with training, hiring, and on-boarding new employees 

  • Regularly meets with and informs Partners on status of projects 

  • Keep on top of emerging social trends, platforms, and technologies

  • Carry out digital media listening and research to identify trends in online conversations and to pinpoint 

  • Providing a social/digital perspective on traditional public relations programs i.e. media relations, events

  • Educates and shares knowledge with teams on trends and best practices

  • Maintains and grows knowledge of clients’ business and industry

Skill Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a production/operations manager at an Agency

  • Extremely efficient, organized and detail-oriented

  • Multitasker and problem solver

  • Provides accurate deadline-driven information to team members and holds team accountable for budgets and timelines

  • Patient, adaptable, and can work under pressure

  • Be an expert in all social media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat

  • Proficiency with social media reporting tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, and Hootsuite preferred

  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager preferred
