Art Director
AURA GROUPE Aura Groupe is looking for an Art Director / Senior Graphic Design candidate who is interested in joining and growing with a boutique digital marketing agency while working with exciting, world-class brands.
This is a full-time position in Miami, Florida, and needs to be filled immediately.
Candidates without an Instagram profile link or portfolio attached will not be considered.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) providing graphic design and art direction services for a diverse range of brands, projects, and platforms—including original designs for digital and print collateral, advertising campaigns, e-mail marketing, social media graphics, branding projects, website aesthetics and the like.
Job Description:
Provide graphic design and art direction services for a diverse range of brands, projects, and platforms-including original designs for digital and print collateral, advertising campaigns, e-mail marketing, social media graphics, branding projects, website aesthetics, and the like
Adhere to all corporate identity guidelines when preparing graphics materials, ensuring that each client's desired message and image is properly conveyed
Serve as the primary contact person for select high-level clients to adhere to creative needs, present designs to clients for approval, and manage all edits
Assist with social media initiatives and Instagram Stories
Create text animations using motion graphics for Aura Groupe video + Instagram usage
Assist in determining which photographs, art, or other design elements to use in social media campaigns
Take lead in art direction, mood boards, and concepts for select client photoshoots
Assist in the creation of social media materials including photography and videography (stories, posts, reels)
Assist in branding for internal Aura Groupe use including logo, brand guidelines, client presentations, and proposals
See material through final production and printing
Define a consistent elevated creative vision for content
Stay on top of graphic design trends and incorporate them into projects
Take responsibility for meeting agreed project timelines; work with other project team members to complete projects as assigned
Help keep digital files/assets properly organized, stored, and archived
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Marketing/Advertising
3+ experience working in an ad agency or in-house graphics department
Knowledge of typography and layout design
Skilled in Adobe Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.
Skilled in working on a Mac platform.
Incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and able to function in a fast-paced, quick-turnaround team-oriented environment
Intermediate experience coding HTML (a plus)
Experience with full branding/logo and layout design
Motion Graphics / Adobe After Effects knowledge is strongly desired
Video editing knowledge is strongly desired
Photography / Videography skills preferred
